With 15 years in the Tech Industry, law degrees in 2 countries, a Masters in Communication and Neurolinguistics, I understand the Science of Gratitude and how it can help us live a happier life.
As a multicultural and multilingual professional, I have devoted my career to helping professionals communicate better, find meaning in their relationships and improve their interactions.
C-level leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, administrative assistants, educators, writers, moms have all benefitted from my unique guidance. I combine neuroscience, communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and intuition to help my clients shift and reframe their mindset, handle difficult situations, improve their relationships and reach their goals.
After working with very busy, highly stressed professionals, I noticed a common theme: they all looked for more positivity in life and more authentic connections. The result was usually achieved after expertly guided coaching sessions woven with gratitude practice. My clients experienced a sense of ease, joy, and fulfillment, followed by improved confidence, increased creativity and a feeling of success.
After years of solid gratitude practice work and consistent results, The Gratitude Advantage was born.
Why This Matters to Me
Growing up in a country where so many had so little, I learned from a very young age to be grateful for everything that I had, as it was more than most people around me had.
I grew up in a middle-class neighborhood, bordering very rich and very poor ones. I witnessed kids in my school lining up at the cafeteria for food every day (for some, the only meals they would actually have). I also witnessed other students with a lot. As a child, I could not understand why some had so much, while others had so little.
Putting together weekly food bags for the poor was a routine in our household. My grandma always bought extra food, for the food bags. And she always reminded us to “never take anything for granted and to always be grateful” and that “the little things matter.“
In college, I was surrounded by very rich people. Yet, the smaller things would make them so happy, even though they barely noticed it. The little things did matter.
Gratitude to me is a reminder to stop and notice all that is already present and abundant in life, without losing focus of a better future.
When we put gratitude into practice, it spreads joy all around: making the giver and the receiver happy, creating positive ripple effects, allowing for a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
As I applied my practice to my clients’, it all came full circle for me: when we regularly practice gratitude, we have the upper hand. The Gratitude Advantage.

A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.
